Everything you need to know about hiring BARE Immersive for your event or project.
Ideally 6 months in advance — this ensures we can dedicate full preparation time to your event and secure your date. That said, we understand things don't always allow that much lead time. We can work with bookings as close as 30 days out depending on availability. If you have an upcoming event, reach out as soon as possible and we'll let you know what we can accommodate.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. For time-sensitive requests, you can also reach us directly at contact@bareimmersive.com.
Yes — every production begins with a consultation. For most events, this is a phone or FaceTime call where we discuss your vision and review the space visually. For more involved productions or location-specific shoots where particular camera placement or logistics matter, we are happy to arrange an in-person site visit. We work with you however makes the most sense for your project.
Depending on the scale and complexity of your production, our team is 1 to 3 people. We discuss and agree on the right team size during the consultation phase so there are no surprises on the day.
Absolutely. We work closely with every client to understand which moments matter most to them. Some specific shots may have technical limitations based on the immersive camera format, but we will always work with you to get as close as possible or offer alternatives. Share your shot list or wishlist during the consultation and we will build it into our plan for the day.
For wedding and event productions, the final immersive video is typically 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the amount of footage captured and the quality of available material. Exact length is discussed and agreed during the production consultation.
Final delivery is within 30 days of the shoot date. Immersive video files are exceptionally large and require significant post-production time for rendering, color grading, and quality review. We provide a rough review based on footage captured on the day while final production is in progress.
Whatever works best for you. We deliver via Google Drive link, our download portal, or a physical drive — your choice. All productions include both AIVU (Apple Vision Pro) and MOV (universal VR) formats. If you have a specific delivery preference, let us know during the consultation.
BARE Immersive is based in the United States and available nationwide. We are happy to travel anywhere in the USA for the right project — travel logistics and any associated costs are discussed during the consultation. For international shoots, reach out with your inquiry and we will discuss what is possible.
International shoots are open for discussion. If you have a project or event outside the United States, submit an inquiry with your details and we will get back to you within 48 hours to discuss scope, logistics, and feasibility.
Weather is one of the few things nobody can control, and it happens. We come prepared to shoot in a variety of conditions and will always work with you to make the most of whatever the day brings. If severe weather makes outdoor shooting unsafe or impossible, we adapt our plan and focus on indoor moments. In truly exceptional circumstances where a shoot cannot proceed at all, we will work with you on rescheduling options — see our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
