This Content License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of all video content, immersive files, and related media ("Content") made available to you through a BARE Immersive Patreon subscription or any other authorized channel. By downloading or accessing any Content, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Subject to your active subscription and compliance with this Agreement, BARE Immersive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
2. Permitted Use
- Downloading Content to your personal devices for private viewing
- Viewing Content on personal VR headsets including Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest, and compatible devices
- Storing Content for personal archival purposes on your own private devices or storage
- Sharing brief non-downloadable clips on personal social media for personal commentary, provided BARE Immersive is clearly credited
3. Prohibited Use
You may not, under any circumstances:
- Share, distribute, upload, or otherwise make Content available to any third party in any format
- Post, stream, or publish full Content files on any public or private platform including YouTube, Vimeo, social media, or any website
- Sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise transfer Content or any rights to Content to any third party
- Use Content for any commercial purpose, advertisement, promotion, or revenue-generating activity without express written permission from BARE Immersive
- Remove, alter, or obscure any watermarks, logos, or copyright notices embedded in Content
- Create derivative works based on Content without prior written permission
- Use Content in connection with any political, religious, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material
- Share subscription credentials or download links with non-subscribers
4. Commercially Produced Content
Content produced by BARE Immersive specifically for you under a commercial production agreement — including wedding films, event coverage, or brand content — is governed by the terms of your individual production agreement. Commercial content produced for your direct use may be shared and distributed in accordance with that agreement. This section does not apply to Patreon subscription content.
5. Ownership
All Content remains the sole and exclusive intellectual property of BARE Immersive at all times. This Agreement grants you a limited license to use Content — it does not transfer any ownership, copyright, or other intellectual property rights to you. Downloading Content does not constitute a purchase of any rights beyond those expressly described in this Agreement.
6. Termination
This license is active only during your paid subscription period. Upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription, your license to use Content terminates. Content already downloaded prior to cancellation may continue to be used for personal viewing purposes, subject to all other restrictions in this Agreement. BARE Immersive reserves the right to terminate your license immediately and without notice if you violate any provision of this Agreement.
7. Enforcement
Unauthorized distribution or commercial use of BARE Immersive Content constitutes copyright infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law. BARE Immersive actively monitors for unauthorized use and reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal fees.
8. DMCA
If you believe any content on our platforms infringes your copyright, please contact us at contact@bareimmersive.com with a description of the claimed infringement, the location of the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in Sacramento County, California.
