This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions, digital content purchases, and production service bookings through BARE Immersive. By subscribing or booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Subscription Refunds — Patreon
BARE Immersive subscriptions are processed through Patreon. Consistent with standard practice across digital content platforms including streaming services, music platforms, and subscription media services, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
If you cancel your subscription:
- Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain full access to your subscriber tier and all associated content until that billing period ends
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days or weeks within a billing period
This policy is consistent with how major subscription content platforms operate, including Patreon's own guidelines. Because our content is digital and immediately accessible upon subscription, we are unable to offer refunds once a billing period has begun.
2. Exceptions
We will consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:
- You were charged in error due to a technical or billing fault on our end
- You were charged after a confirmed cancellation that was processed correctly
- Your subscription granted access to content that was materially misrepresented
To request an exception, contact contact@bareimmersive.com within 7 days of the charge with your Patreon username, the amount charged, and a description of the issue. We will review all requests and respond within 5 business days.
3. Production Services — Deposits & Cancellations
For production services including wedding coverage, event production, and commercial work:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The deposit amount will be specified in your production agreement
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before the scheduled shoot date will forfeit the deposit but will not owe any remaining balance
- Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the scheduled shoot date may be subject to additional cancellation fees as specified in your production agreement
- In the event BARE Immersive must cancel due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made or the option to reschedule at no additional cost
- Cancellations due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond either party's control — including severe weather, illness, or emergencies — will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of rescheduling rather than cancellation wherever possible
4. Digital Downloads
All digital content downloads are non-refundable. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on individual content downloads. If you experience a technical issue with a downloaded file, contact us at contact@bareimmersive.com and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.
