BARE Immersive — Copyright & Content Protection · Effective Date: May 2026

BARE Immersive takes copyright seriously — both in protecting our own content and in respecting the intellectual property rights of others. This policy explains our procedures under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. Protection of BARE Immersive Content

All content produced by BARE Immersive — including but not limited to immersive stereoscopic video files (.aivu, .mov), standard video files, photographs, website content, brand assets, and written material — is protected by United States and international copyright law. All rights are reserved.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation of BARE Immersive content is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Uploading or streaming BARE Immersive content to any public or private platform without authorization
  • Sharing download links or files with non-subscribers
  • Removing or altering any watermarks, logos, or copyright notices
  • Using BARE Immersive content in commercial projects, advertising, or promotional material without a written commercial license
  • Distributing immersive video files to any third party for any purpose

BARE Immersive actively monitors for unauthorized use of our content across public platforms. We reserve all rights to pursue legal remedies including takedown requests, civil damages, and injunctive relief.

2. Reporting Unauthorized Use of BARE Immersive Content

If you discover BARE Immersive content being used without authorization, please report it to us at contact@bareimmersive.com with the subject line "DMCA — Unauthorized Use Report." Include:

  • A description of the BARE Immersive content that has been used without authorization
  • The URL or location where the unauthorized use appears
  • Your name and contact information

We will investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action.

3. Reporting Alleged Infringement on Our Platforms

If you believe that content appearing on bareimmersive.com or any platform associated with BARE Immersive infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our platform (URL or description)
  • Your contact information including name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Submit DMCA notices to:

BARE Immersive — DMCA Agent
Email: contact@bareimmersive.com
Subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice

We will respond to valid DMCA notices in accordance with applicable law, typically within 5–10 business days.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed from our platform in error as a result of a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the content that was removed and its prior location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction in the federal district court for your location

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat Infringers

BARE Immersive has a policy of terminating the accounts and subscriptions of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.

6. False Notices

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or that content was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
