From your first inquiry to the moment you put on your headset and experience your event in true spatial cinema — here is exactly what working with BARE Immersive looks like.
Fill out the inquiry form with your name, event type, date, and location. Tell us as much or as little as you know at this stage — we'll work through the details together. We respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
We connect over a phone or FaceTime call to discuss your vision, timeline, and any specific shots or moments you want captured. For more involved productions or location-specific shoots, we are happy to arrange an in-person site visit. We adapt to what your project needs — no rigid process.
Once we've aligned on scope, deliverables, and pricing, we confirm your date with a signed production agreement and deposit. Bookings are ideally made at least 6 months in advance, though we can accommodate projects with as little as 30 days' notice based on availability.
On the day, BARE Immersive arrives fully equipped. Depending on the scale of your production, our team is 1 to 3 people — discussed and agreed during the consultation phase. We work with you to capture every moment, from the quiet details to the ones that define the day.
Your footage goes through our full post-production workflow — color grading, rendering, titling, and on-screen branding. Due to the size of immersive video files, a rough review is provided via selected footage captured on the day rather than a traditional rough cut. Final delivery is completed within 30 days of the shoot date.
Your final files are delivered in your preferred format and method — Google Drive link, our download portal, or a physical drive. Every production includes both the Apple Vision Pro format (AIVU) and the universal VR format HDR · 180° · 3D · 5K (MOV) unless otherwise specified. We confirm receipt and make sure you have everything you need.
